You must print the test as proof of your work, and present it to the instructor for approval and signature.
All questions must be answered on the multiple choice questions or the true or false choices on the online test.
To login you must put you first name, immediately followed by your first name with NO SPACES.
For example: If your first name is Fred and last name is Herr then you MUST login as : fredherr (no spaces and no caps)
